Who is ready to hit the beach!!! You don't have to wait till spring break to hear those waves rolling in. Julie Zetina will have you feeling the sand between your toes in no time at her two-day mosaic-painting Turtle Beach Workshop, on Tuesdays, March 4 & 11 from 6-9 p.m.On the first night, you’ll be treated to a buffet of mosaic goodies to choose from: stained glass, beads & ceramic doodads to deck out your turtle. Julie will guide you through the steps of designing your turtle.
On the second night, you’ll grout the turtle and paint the beach. Your turtle will be about 10”x8.” You’ll get to take your work home that night…no waiting or pick up!
No experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome. The fee is $75. Because materials must be purchased in advance, this class is non-refundable, but tickets are transferable. Now, grab your towel, shades and some sunscreen. Let’s play on the beach!!!
Please note: Due to an increase in workshop offerings and enrollment, we have depleted the funds for our City of Hollister recreation grant for this cycle. We are unable to offer the Hollister resident discount for classes and workshops at this time. The new grant cycle begins in April. Stay tuned for potential Hollister savings in April!
