As the winds of spring bring growth and change, take time to contemplate your heart’s desire! Join Certified Meditation Guide and Expert Level Certified Sound Healer, Addie Gaines, for a Vision Boarding Experience. Addie will guide you in creating an inspiring visual guide for future thoughts, words, and actions to manifest your dreams!
The class will begin with a gentle yoga practice (no yoga experience needed) followed by a time of contemplation, serenaded by beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, gong, and other healing instruments. Awakening from this ultra relaxed state, participants will create a unique collage of images, ideas, and words to represent their desired future.
Class fee of $60 includes instruction, poster board, and all supplies. Participants may bring personal items to include on their vision board such as printed photos, stickers, scrapbooking items, or greeting cards. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own. A blanket, pillow or other comfort items may also be brought for the sound bath. A water bottle is suggested for hydration after the yoga/sound bath experience.

About the instructor:
Addie Gaines, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, Certified Meditation Guide, and Expert Level Certified Sound Healer, completed yoga teacher training at Kom Hot Yoga with advanced training in yoga and
meditation through My Vinyasa Practice in Austin, TX. She is certified by Life Changing Energy as a sound healer. She has a deep cultural, philosophical, and historical understanding of yoga practices.
Addie is a natural teacher, creating a safe place for students to explore their unique yoga journeys through breath and movement.
As a retired public school teacher and administrator, her 30 years of teaching both children and adults allows her to create and facilitate a variety of learning experiences.
