Kent will lead participants through an engaging, hands-on exercise that highlights 20 key characteristics of effective leadership. This interactive activity will not only help you reflect on your own strengths and growth areas, but also provide practical tools to apply in both professional and personal settings. In addition, Kent will introduce opportunities for young professionals to get involved in a student-led initiative that is driving real change in our community offering a chance to build leadership skills while contributing to something meaningful.
