How do you react to situations that make you angry? If you're like many, your first reaction is to blow up, or shut down, pushing emotions deep inside. In this interactive workshop, you’ll discover how to channel your reaction to anger, maintain connections, keep your composure, and go from “Oh hell no” to “Now what?”
Jill D. Miller is headmistress of Finishing School for Modern Women, where she's inspired thousands of women in Wichita and around the world to overcome obstacles and move toward their goals. She founded the Badass Women of Wichita Alliance in 2021 with weekly gatherings to build community, promote nonprofits, and develop “badassery.”
