It's time to stop surviving and start becoming.

This 4-week retreat is a sacred space for the woman who has been holding it together but feels emotionally disconnected and spiritually depleted. It's for the woman who knows there’s more for her—but doesn’t know how to move forward without fear, guilt, or uncertainty.

This is a guided, therapeutic experience to help you release survival patterns, reconnect with your truest self, and take your next steps with courage, clarity, and compassion.

• Have mastered keeping it together, but feel tired of pretending you’re fine
• Feel stuck in between who you were and who you're becoming
• Are navigating transitions—emotionally, spiritually, or professionally
• Want to feel deeply again: peace, purpose, joy, softness
• Are ready to do your healing work in a safe, supportive space
• You don’t need to know the next step—just be open to taking it.

• Dates: Septemer 22, 29 and October 6, 13 | Every Monday
• Time: Mondays @ 6p–7:30p
• Location: Community Conference Room| Downtown YMCA, Wichita, KS
• Includes: Light refreshments, Journal Materials
• Spots: Intentionally limited to 12–15 women for depth and connection
