Instead of telling you what to do, this live experience is designed to help you observe how your behavior actually shows up when pressure is present — in conversation, decision-making, and leadership moments that matter.
Kenyatta Turner guides participants through a series of live sessions designed to surface behavioral patterns through story, structure, and interaction. The goal is not improvement in the moment, but clarity that carries forward long after the event ends.
How the Experience Unfolds
TurnHER Up follows a deliberate rhythm designed to surface insight without pressure.
Over the course of the event, you’ll move through a series of guided sessions that help you:
- Notice your natural behavioral strengths
- Observe how those strengths shift under pressure
- See patterns emerge through story, metaphor, and interaction
- Reflect alongside other leaders without comparison or performance
Some moments are quiet and reflective. Others are more interactive. At no point are you required to share personal details or perform for the group. The experience is intentionally paced to allow insight to surface and stick.
