Join Hikmet in this gluten free Turkish Cuisine class to learn new recipes; Lamb and Chicken Sis Kebab, Pilav (Turkish Style Rice), Acili Ezme (spicy tomato and pepper salad), Supangle with pistachios (chocolate custard). This is a demonstration and hands-on course with lots of tastings.
Please note: the dishes prepared during this course are suitable for those with a gluten intolerance. While we will make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, the WEA kitchen is not certified gluten-free.
