About the Chef:
Chef Ali hails from Turkey and fell in love with food and culture as a young man while traveling in Latin America. Now a professor of Latin American literature at Boston College, Ali and his students read stories rich in culinary imagery and how authors can use food and a vessel to communicate stories of family, religion, and cultural identity. Initial a customer at Nibble Kitchen coordinating private cooking classes for his students, Ali has taken the leap to create his own culinary project entitled Literary Eats! Expect just a little bit of homework if you buy tickets for this class.
