This event is more than a run or a walk—it’s a movement grounded in justice, healing, and hope.
We gather each Thanksgiving weekend to:
Say Miles' name and honor his life.
Raise awareness about the stigma and criminalization of mental illness, especially in BIPOC communities.
Support year-round programming like youth mental wellness summits, culturally responsive non-police crisis response, and public education to protect and prevent harm for those living with mental illness.
Express gratitude for everything this community has done to support systemic change in Miles' name
Kick off a strong end-of-year fundraising campaign to build a safer, more compassionate world for families and people living with mental illness.
