Come join us on this glorious day full of connection and gratitude!🙌 22 years ago, the first Yoga Den started the tradition of gathering to practice both Hatha and Karma yoga, rolling out the mat while raising money for those in need. Yoga Den World Golf Village will be cranking up the heat before Thanksgiving dinner with Mira a Mind Body Flow class!❤ ️🔥 Doors open at 7am, raffle starts at 7:30am, and class begins @ 8! Ticket price ($30) includes the practice, raffle ticket, event T-shirt/Tank, and donation to support a local No K*ll Shelter. Upon registration, please send your T-shirt size and style preference to [email protected]. November 20th is the cut off to choose your size in time for the event. Want to donate but can't make the practice? Just let us know in the T-shirt size email that you won't be attending, so we don't hold a spot on the floor. Much gratitude, we look forward to seeing you on the mat!
