We host an annual open mat the morning of Thanksgiving. It helps our community get stress out for this holiday, stay in the routine of training, and work up an appetite for the days feast. It’s a wonderful chance to bring community together, make sure everyone has somewhere to go, and our location is right near the grocery store for those last minute items! Come in and get some rolls!
