What: A there-and-back 5K done however you choose!
Walk, jog, run, scooter,
cycle, roller skate or skateboard!
Children and leashed pups welcome.
Coaches Ashley and Heather will lead a warm up at 7am, and a yoga inspired cool-down stretch at 7:45am. To conclude at 8am, we will have a gratitude circle before leaving each other to celebrate with our families & friends.
