In this Turkey Cooking/Grilling Class, participants will learn the essential techniques for grilling a perfect turkey. The class covers step-by-step instructions on prepping the turkey, brining, and using indirect heat to ensure juicy, flavorful results. Whether you're a novice or an experienced griller, this class will demonstrate 4 methods for making your turkey unforgettable, including a Weber Kettle, Weber Gas Grill, Traeger Pellet, and Big Green Egg. Perfect for holiday gatherings or any special occasion!
Samples will be provided along with 2 side dishes. (Cornbread Casserole and 1 TBD)
