Tuning into the Sacred Voice Within You
Come join us at the stunning Goddess House, Glastonbury for a weekend of 'Tuning into your Sacred Voice' hosted by Becky of Grounded Peace - experienced Healing Voice Teacher, Teacher of Sound Healing, Popular Music Graduate BA Honours with the honours focused on Vocal Performance, Vocalist, Vocal Sound Channel, former Peripatetic Vocal Coach and former Secondary & Primary School Music Teacher.
Your voice is one of the most potent tools available to you. An expressor of the soul, your dearest friend and most intimate teller of who you truly are. It has the power to transform, soothe, express, liberate, empower and heal on a deeper level, right to the very heart and core of your soul.
This weekend workshop is an opportunity for you to effortlessly express your natural and free flowing voice in ways you never knew you could and to let go of all previous restrictions and conditions that no longer serve you. To allow your voice to be truly free. All are welcome, newcomers to sacred voice work and to those who already work with the voice.
We will explore:
- Warming up, exercising and taking care of the voice
- Freeing and empowering your voice practices
- Chanting and mantras
- Toning and overtoning
- Song and improvisational sounds from the soul
- And you will even have the opportunity to be bathed in a Sacred Voice Sound Bath.
