A Restorative Frequency Healing Experience
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tense, scattered, or stuck in your head, feeling overwhelmed… this experience was created to help your body finally exhale.
This Tuning Fork + Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment through the healing power of frequency and sound.
This class is perfect for people with busy schedules, parents, students, caregivers, professionals, and anyone who has been craving real rest but has a hard time slowing down or meditating on their own.
You do not need any prior experience.
You do not need to know how to meditate.
You simply get to show up, get comfortable, and receive.

What You’ll Experience
This experience combines weighted tuning fork therapy with a soothing live sound bath to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation.
Each class has a chakra theme, meaning we focus on a different chakra each week, such as the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, or Crown. This gives the experience a clear intention so you are not just resting… you are gently supporting a specific area of your body, emotions, and energy system.
We begin with a grounding practice and intention setting to help you arrive in the space. From there, you’ll be invited to rest as tuning forks are applied with care to key areas of the body while the sound bath creates a calming, immersive environment around you.
The tuning forks bring targeted vibration to the body, while the sound bath helps soften the mind, relax the nervous system, and create space for emotional and energetic release.
This is a quiet, nurturing experience where you can simply lie down, breathe, and let the frequencies do their work.

You’ll be guided into a deeply restful experience combining targeted tuning fork vibration with a full-body sound bath. This may support relaxation, energetic balance, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.
🔅 Integration & Closing
We close with a soft return, grounding, and a moment to absorb what you received before moving back into your day.

We believe healing should be accessible, not intimidating. You do not need to be experienced.
