☀️Celebrate the summer season and participate in a good cause with the Tunes for Trails, Perks for Parks free concert series.
July through September, join the fun from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. While this is a free event, donations will be accepted for the Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation and profits from beverage sales at this event contribute to the fundraising efforts.
🎶About the band:
The Rick Lewis Project is a high-energy, genre-blending all-star band that delivers powerful performances spanning rock, soul, funk, blues, and more. Formed in 1997 by the award-winning radio broadcaster and musician Rick Lewis (of The Lewis and Floorwax Show), the band (previously The Groove Hawgs) has shared the stage with legendary acts such as Def Leppard, ZZ Top, Sammy Hagar, The Who, BB King, Heart, Steve Miller Band, and many others. Known for captivating audiences at Colorado's most iconic venues like Red Rocks, Ball Arena, and Fiddler's Green, RLP continues to be a staple in the region's music scene, delivering unforgettable live shows with an eclectic mix of genres.
🎸Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. Pack a picnic dinner and enjoy some time with the family before the show. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Note, no outside beverages are allowed. However, one sealed water bottle per person is permitted. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

The events are rain or shine. We work with Town safety personnel the afternoon of the event to make weather-related decisions in the case of severe weather. Any updates will be posted on this Facebook event.
