Tune-Up Tuesdays is a time to get our bodies and souls moving with a refreshing time of light yoga, stretching, and a peaceful devotional. No matter your experience level, bring your curiosity and a water bottle. Classes begin on Tuesday, October 14, at 9:30 a.m. and will be held weekly.
