Dinner on the dock with fish as fresh as it gets. This working wharf is typically the site of San Diego’s open-air seafood market where local fishermen and women offer up their Pacific harvest. For this bit of time it’s all ours, with a table set along the sparkling sea, and the morning’s catch in the talented hands of guest chef Brian Redzikowksi. Chef Brian has joined OITF's field kitchen at farms across California, and we're very excited to welcome him to the wharf. His globally inspired cuisine is a perfect match for the array of tuna, squid, lobster, swordfish, mackerel and urchin plucked from the waters below. While we feast, a few fine fishermen will be there to talk us through what’s on our plates and tickle our ears with tales from the sea.
