About this Event
This retreat invites you to step into Tulum not just as a visitor, but as a student of the land, the body, and your own inner world. Each day we weave together meditation, breathwork, yoga, somatic practices, and meaningful cultural excursions, letting nature and experience become teachers in your evolving Sadhana (spiritual practice.) You’ll have spacious time for journaling, rest, connection, and integrating whatever is rising for you.
We’ll explore sacred cenotes, wander ancient Mayan ruins, and visit protected wildlife and ecological sites that remind us how to listen, how to slow down, and how to reconnect with the natural rhythms we’ve forgotten. These excursions aren’t side activities; they’re part of the practice, offering reflection, awe, and a sense of belonging in something larger.
This retreat is about discovering what sustains you.
It’s about trying different modalities, movement, stillness, ritual, exploration, and noticing which ones feel like home. It’s about stepping into a more awake, intentional way of living, supported by the wisdom of the land and the community around you.
