Tuletantsu kursus alga- ja kesktasemele
Kursuse kestvus:
4 nädalat
6.02 – 27.02.2025
Trennid toimuvad neljapäeviti:
- Staff või double staff 17.45 – 18.45
- Poi või Lehvikud 19.00 – 20.00
- Üldfüüsiline trenn ja venitus 20.00 - 21.00
Kas oled kunagi imetlenud inimesi tuld keerutamas ja unistanud ise selle oskuse omandamisest? Äkki tahad lihtsalt õppida midagi uut, mis arendaks koordinatsiooni, keskendumisvõimet, ruumilist taju ja parandaks enesetunnet? Siin on sinu võimalus!
Algamas on tuletantsu kursus, mille eesmärgiks on baastehnika õppimine ja edasiarendamine enda valitud vahendiga.
Kursus on sobilik nii täiesti algajatele kui ka inimestele, kes soovivad oma oskusi valitud vahendiga ja tantsulist liikumist flows täiendada.
Kursuse läbinutel on võimalus osaleda tulejämmedel, mis toimuvad hea ilma korral õues.
Kursuse viib läbi tunnustatud tuletantsija Krista Palm, kes on tegelenud tuleshowga ja ka õppetanud tuletantsu üle 10ne aasta ja esinenud üle kogu maailma jagades lava teiste maailmatasemel tuletantsijatega.

Samuti on võimalus liituda teiste Artistic Flow studio trennidega:
Tantsu tehnikad, edasijõudnute trennis poi , double staff, contact staff, koreograafia trennid esinemis grupile ja ka Qigong.
Enda koha saab reserveerida täites ankeedi ja makstes trenni eest.
Maksta saab arve alusel, mille saadame, kui olete ankeedi täitnud või Artistic Flow Studios enne esimest trenni.

Fire dance course for beginners and intermediate spinners.
The course will last:
4 weeks.

- General physical training and stretching 20.00 - 21.00
Have you ever admired people spinning fire and thought of doing the same? Or would you like to learn something new that develops coordination, concentration, space awareness and lifts your mood? Here is your chance!
We are starting a fire dance course, where the main goal is to learn the basic techniques with the tools of your choice.
This course is suitable for beginners and also for people who want to develop further their spinning skills and dance moves with flow props.
After passing this course, you can join our studio’s fire jams.
The course is led by a renowned fire dancer Krista Palm who has been teaching and performing for over 10 years. She has been all around the world and shared stages with other world class fire performers!

There is also a possibility to join other Artistic Flow studio trainings.
Dance techniques, advanced trainings for poi, double staff, contact staff, choreography trainings for performance group and also Qigong.
You can reserve your place by filling out the form and paying for your training.
You can pay by invoice which we will send you once you have filled the form or at Artistic Flow studio before first training.
