Breathing practices, self-care stretches and relaxation techniques to help you reduce stress, shift your thinking, feel more at ease, and ultimately reconnect with the joy, strength and wisdom you uniquely embody.
Yoga has been my steadfast companion for what feels like a lifetime. As a teacher, I help students relax and release tension, find pleasure in the present moment, build strength and rediscover their innate sense of joy. When not teaching the Feel Good Flow Series in the studio or contributing to the newsletter, I indulge in creative pursuits.
