Not A Statistic Northeast CIC runs free, confidential peer support sessions every weekday, providing safe, non-clinical spaces where lived experience meets real understanding. No referrals. No waiting lists. Just people supporting people.
Our next evening session is Tuesday night:

These are relaxed, informal sessions. You can talk, listen, or simply be. Open to anyone aged 16+, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.
