ABOUT VALERIE TIU
Valerie Tiu (she/her) is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor in Tkaranto. Sometimes spicy, sometimes soft, Val’s classes blend intensity with gentleness, inviting students to explore and find joy in their movement. *Yoga mats and blocks are provided. Please note that The Attic is located on the 3rd floor, and is not fully accessible with no elevator access. Check-in begins 15mins before class starts. Late arrivals past 6:05pm will not be let into the class.
