This is a Hatha/Vinyasa–inspired class open to all genders and all levels, designed to counterbalance the intensity of Squamish life and outdoor pursuits.
Each week, we’ll focus on release work, relaxation, and intelligent movement to support healthy muscle repair, joint mobility, and nervous-system regulation. Expect slow, intentional (and challenging) sequences, breath attunement, and embodied awareness to help unwind patterns of overuse to create more space and ease in your system.

(enter through the door to the right of the main entrance)

• Sign-up opens one week before each class
• 25 spots available
• Drop-in only
*Bring your own mat, water bottle, & any prop you love. The space is slightly heated, dress in layers.
