Join me indoors in the upstairs community room of the University Hts. Public Library, 13866 Cedar Road, Tuesday nights from 6-7pm, for a sound and energy experience. All level of meditators welcome. Spread the good vibes and bring a friend. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye mask and water. If you prefer to sit desk chairs are provided. Please arrive 10 minutes early to prepare your space.
