Second Tuesday at Atelier Pasadena
This Ancestral Soundbath is a collaborative, grounding sound journey honoring the facilitators Filipino & Mexican heritage, sound healing lineages, and the wisdom carried through all of our roots, both known and unknown.
Guided by a duo of practitioners, this experience invites deep rest, reflection, and gentle release through layered sound, intention, and presence. You are welcome exactly as you are. No experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.
This month’s theme is Spring Awakening: honoring coming out of the dark of winter and gentle arriving and awakening to the new beginnings of our next chapter.
This offering is designed to be accessible and supportive:
- All bodies welcome
- Seated or lying down options available
- Gentle movement, rest, or stillness encouraged
- Participants may step out or adjust at any time
Honoring the Land We Gather On
This gathering takes place on Tongva/Gabrielino ancestral land. We honor the original caretakers of this place and hold respect for Indigenous peoples past, present, and future.
Come prepared to connect, refresh, and discover the beauty of embracing soundhealing as a support to your nervous system and life's journey.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat and/or blanket and eye mask for comfort
- A pillow or cushion for support under head and knees
- Sentimental item that you would like to connect with
- Bring snacks to share with community
- An open mind and open heart
