About this Event
with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Chodor and other Senior Teachers
Turn life’s challenges into opportunities for growth and inner peace. In this five-week series, Gen Chodor will guide you through inspiring Buddhist practices designed to help overcome both inner and outer obstacles—whether it’s negative thoughts, discouragement, or painful emotions. By engaging in these practices, you can cultivate a mind that is clearer, calmer, and more resilient, opening the door to greater wisdom, compassion, and spiritual fulfillment.
Classes are held in the peaceful, spacious, quiet, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.
Each class in this series is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any point. After each class, you are invited to join us in our community room for complimentary refreshments and the opportunity to ask questions. We also have many books and other meditation materials available at our Temple shop to help you deepen your understanding and meditation experience through further reading.
Everyone is welcome.
