Welcome to Tuesday Evening Yoga with Roseanne at 4:30PM! Build core strength, flexibility and resilience through Hatha Flow. You will be guided through varying sequences with long holds, leaving you feeling balanced, energized, and at ease in body and mind. Modifications are available to honor your edge of the moment. Essential oils and music are a part of the experience. Mixed levels welcome. Our classes are held at 147 State Street, Montpelier, Vermont. See you on the mat!
