Tuesday Evening Yoga Flow (in-person)

This is a wonderful practice open to all; suitable for those who are new to the mat and experienced yoga lovers alike. This vinyasa inspired flow will work through foundational yoga poses with a focus on flowing through shapes, finding joy and creating stillness at the end of your day.

Mats and props provided.

Please arrive to practice 5-10 minutes early due to unmanned entry. Once practice begins, you will be unable to join late and ticket will not be refunded.

In the spirit of creating a practice for everyone, please note this practice takes place in a community center. There is basic toilet changing facilities and your practice may have slight noise from other fun community activities happening around us.
