Strength & Mobility is a blend of techniques including; Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Somatic Movement, Stretch & Release, Body Conditioning and Relaxation to help you move better and feel stronger! This class is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance flexibility. Ideal for anyone looking to increase overall body control, regain confidence after illness or injury, or simply return to regular physical activity. There won’t be any Yogic ‘fluff’ (as I like to call it), it’s going to be straight up mobility and strength work with a short relaxation at the end of class.

Monthly themes will follow our Yoga class themes and focus on specific areas of the body each month.
Beginners are welcome, as are experienced movement practitioners, you do not have to have been to a Yoga class to join us, this is about modern bodies, maximising movement. Modifications are always offered and props are helpful.
This Strength & Mobility class will also be live-streamed on Zoom. Please select the ONLINE class if you wish to join from home, and the zoom link will be sent to you before the class starts.
Book a space in one of our May classes for half price at £6. Then £100 for a block of 10 (which can be used on all classes in our schedule), or £12 per class.
