- No more than 3 infinite combo loops before turn 8.
- Combos can be 3 pieces, not including the commander.
- No mass land denial
- No Game Changers.
- Max 2 non-land tutors.
- No win before turn 8.
- No changing decks between rounds.
- No partners in the command zone.
- One free mulligan.
