Tucson AZREIA New Investor Subgroup’s vision is to get new investors into action: saving capital, learning the market and writing real offers to purchase real property. Acknowledging the steep learning curve involved with investing your own money despite little to no experience, the mission of the New Investor Subgroup is to use education & motivation to knock you out of Analysis Paralysis, and to substantially lower the fear factor involved with buying your first (or next) investment property. To support you along the way meetings will include presentations on topics relating to the new investor: working our way through “The Deal Funnel” each month we will discuss 1, or sometimes 2, topics which build upon each other to take you from “newbie” to “investor” right here in Tucson, AZ. Each presentation will be full of additional resources for you to dive deeper into the materials after the meetup to develop your “investor toolbox”, as well as offering a platform to network with like-minded investing peers & learning more about how AZREIA’s considerable resources can help you accomplish your long-term financial goals.
This group meets the first Monday of the month. AZREIA Members attend for $5. PLUS members attend FREE. Guests can attend for $20
