Join us for another enchanting gathering of our Sacred Woman Circle at Kunstraum London, where we continue our journey with the teachings inspired by Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman Healing Guide and the wisdom of African traditions. This intimate circle is designed to help you connect deeply with your sacred feminine power, honour your creative energies, and release old wounds - all within the nurturing embrace of sisterhood 🪷
As we step into the transformative energy of late autumn, this is a time to embrace change, let go of what no longer serves us, and cultivate new beginnings. Our previous circles have been powerful and transformative, creating sacred spaces for Black women, women of African and Caribbean descent, and women of colour from all backgrounds to reclaim their power, heal, and connect as sister 🫂

Guided by the wisdom of Queen Afua and ancient African traditions, we will honour our sacred centres and nurture our divine feminine energy. Let us come together in sisterhood, moving through the cycles of life with intention and grace, and deepening our connection to the powerful energy within us all.
Our mission at The Today Goddess is to create sacred spaces for connection, community, and healing. We believe in the power of sisterhood and honouring the unique experiences that bond us. This circle is dedicated to reclaiming our sacred power and healing together as a community. 🌱
What to Look Forward To:
✨ Divine Feminine Meditation & Breathwork 🌬️: Experience a calming guided meditation and intentional breathwork to connect deeply with your divine feminine energy, release stagnant emotions, and invite transformation.
✨ Sacred Movement 🌸: Flow with sacred movement, embracing the power of your body as you release tension and embody the healing energy of transformation.
✨ Empowering Rituals 🔥: Engage in empowering rituals inspired by Queen Afua’s teachings and African traditions, sharing knowledge and fostering a sense of sisterhood, healing, and shared empowerment.
✨ Sacred Chanting & Anointing 🎶: Participate in chanting sacred affirmations, using the power of words to honour your sacred centre. We will conclude with an anointing ritual to anchor the energies of transformation and intention.
✨ Sacred Colours & Reflective Journaling 🎨: Engage with the healing power of colours as we focus on chakra energy. Guided journaling prompts will help you explore your inner truths and align with your highest self.
✨ Sacred Expression 🗣️: Share your individual journey in a safe space, exploring themes of the divine feminine, navigating a masculine world, and reflecting on what has come up during the circle. This is a time to connect deeply with yourself and others, sharing insights and feelings from our sacred experience.
✅ What to Bring :
✨ Timely Arrival: Please arrive on time, as we will begin the circle promptly at 14:15. Doors will be locked at 14:30 to maintain the sacred container of our space.
✨ Journal and Pen 📓: To capture your reflections and insights during our journaling session.
✨ Comfortable Clothing 👗: Dress in layers and comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement and relaxation.
✨ Water Bottle💧: Stay hydrated throughout the session.
