Shooting will consist of the "Texas 1080" round with 2 or 3 games of 36 arrows... you have the option to shoot two or three games, and your best two games count for cumulative score. This will be a sanctioned tournament (judge present, equipment inspections, and eligible for records). Please note ONLY the first two games will be eligible for official records.
- The front gate will be open at 8 am (CST) for archer/spectator setup and warm up. Official warm-up (3 ends) begins at 9:15 am, and official scoring starts at 10 am. PLEASE arrive in a timely fashion as equipment must be inspected prior.
- Age classes are based on your birthday of the calendar year. For example, if you turn 18 on or before December 31st, 2026, you are NOT eligible for the U18 class and must shoot U21 or Senior. Anyone is eligible to shoot up (or down) in the Senior class.

- Yeoman (age 9 and under) will be shooting at the suggested distance of 15 meters.
- The Fixed Pins division is available and is defined on the third section of this website: https://www.usarchery.org/events/rules
- If you registered for the wrong division or class, just shoot us an e-mail ([email protected]) and we will fix it on the internal registry. Also, be sure that your scorecard has the correct information.
- If we run out of space during registration, we will have a waiting list. More information to follow as we get closer to the tournament!
Some quick notes regarding our range:
- We will have water on site, but encourage everyone to bring their own hydration as well as snacks.
- Please do not wear open-toed shoes. Stickers/briars are abundant in the area, as well as small critters. Short-top shoes (such as Hey Dudes) are fine, as the grass will be cut short.
- Please bring your own chairs! We also have some shade under trees in the spectator area, but encourage everyone to bring umbrellas and/or portable canopies as well.
- Please note there is a discrepancy in Google Maps. Do NOT enter the address... instead search for "Arrow Minded Outdoors". There are two flags on each side of our entrance, directly off FM1863 on the north side of the road, on top of a hill.
