Tsa Lung is an ancient Tantrayana method that combines breath retention, physical movement, and visualization to move our wind-energy throughout the body, allowing it to reach deeper and deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. When our energy channels are blocked, we experience suffering – both physically and mentally. Tsa Lung helps to clear these blockages, leading to greater vitality, mental clarity, and deep inner transformation.Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche has developed a standardised and comprehensive Teacher Certification Program to support the spreading of various precious methods rooted in the Tantrayana, Bön and Mahamudra traditions while maintaining the authenticity and quality of the teachings.
The Teacher Certification Program provides the opportunity to successfully disseminate the practices – so that they benefit many people – while preserving the purity of the transmission. It also unites Certified Teachers in a way that promotes community and mutual support.
Usually, the Teacher Education Courses are held by Certified Educators, followed by a Master Class with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. This Online Live Teacher Certification Program provides the rare opportunity to be educated by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche himself. After having successfully completed this Teacher Certification Program, the participants will be certified as Tsa Lung Teachers in the lineage of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.
