Meeting at the western end of the car park at of the Nerang Velodrome. We will have 2-3 groups, all heading out for an 60-75mins based on your current fitness and experience on the trails. Easter treats to finish!Optional 5.30am start for the famous Goat Loop (hilly 7ish kilometres) ahead of the group run.
