Bring: Clothes to move in and a water bottle My Gym will be an active & fun day spent at My Gym for kids to learn more about how our bodies move and work. The time would consist of a group warm up, a relay of some kid, Skill stations rotated throughout for kids to try if they would like. A group game. At the end the children will be encouraged to explore with.
