Welcome to Try-It: SouundBreath, hosted by Tara of Within Breath
Join us Thursday, March 19 at 7:30PM at My Inner Harbour for a 60-minute guided breathwork and sound experience designed to
- soften you out of stress and survival
- reconnect with your body
- feel more gounded, open, and alive
- deeend your relationship with you.
Through rhythmic breath, intentional pauses, and live instrumentation and sound, you’ll be guided through a powerful inner journey—meeting what’s true, and anchoring into a deeper sense of self-trust and self-love.
This isn’t surface-level “self-care.”
It’s nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and embodied connection.
