In this in-person seminar and workshop, Athletic Therapist Dana Lainchbury, who specializes in pelvic floor therapy and women's health, will guide participants through the essential foundations of pelvic floor health for any phase or stage of life. This session will explore how the pelvic floor functions as part of the core system and how it is influenced by exercise, impact, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and aging.

Participants will learn and move together through practical, evidence-based strategies to help support a functional, resilient pelvic floor, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of common pelvic health issues that can affect performance and quality of life.
