Join us for a special Mother’s Day Try-It Mat Pilates class with Kari, designed for all levels from beginner to intermediate. Whether you’re brand new or have some experience, this class will meet you where you’re at—with options to modify or level up.
This is more than just a workout—it’s a chance to bring someone important to you. A mom, a mother figure, or someone who’s shown up for you in that kind of way.
What to expect:
– 50-minute guided mat Pilates class
– Beginner to intermediate level (no experience needed)
– Supportive, welcoming environment (no intimidating fitness energy here)
– Time after class to hang out, connect, and socialize
Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate and comfortable.
