The Trusted Leader Lab is a high-impact leadership + personal branding workshop for professionals who are ready to be seen and have a greater impact.
This interactive lab blends practical strategy and applied thinking — you’ll walk away with tools and frameworks you can immediately apply to your role. Throughout the session, we’ll work through real leadership challenges, build actionable plans, and strengthen your leadership and executive brand presence in your work environment.
We'll work on:

A clear, compelling narrative that reframes your work in business impact terms (not task lists), amplifies your authentic voice, and differentiates you from AI noise.

2. Your 90-day Visibility Plan

A concrete roadmap with a plan to get visible, and understanding where to channel your personal branding efforts, which stakeholders to engage, and how to position your current projects strategically.

3. Elite-level Leadership Toolbox

Learn and understand the top leadership skills that will make an impact in how you feel, how you think, and how you act to drive towards your goals.

Please bring a laptop or work device to draft your frameworks and plans live; paper materials will be sufficient if that is what you chose.
