Trust Your Flow

Trust Your Flow is a donation based experimental workshop that invites you to explore your inner world through movement, dance, and free-flowing expression to deepen your connection with your body and build self-trust.

In this safe and supportive space, participants will explore different styles of movement, allowing themselves to move freely without judgment. By embracing the natural rhythm of the body, this class helps cultivate self-trust, emotional release, and a deeper understanding of personal strength. Through exploration and expression, we empower ourselves to trust our bodies, enhance self-awareness, and create a harmonious connection between mind, body, and spirit.

No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and move however your body desires!

Dress comfortably, anything that allows for free movement. Bring your journal for any reflections that may come.

Note from the facilitator:

H! My name is Therese! I'm a mom, wife, Reiki master, sound & crystal healing facilitator. During my transition into motherhood I found myself struggling to "be in my body". I was so busy doing and mothering and wearing all the hats that I felt like I was a ghost in my own body. I found healing when I made time to put on some music, close my eyes and simply move however felt good. The more I do this simple practice, the more present and connected I feel with and in my body, the more I am able to listen to my body's needs and trust that my body "knows" more than I ever could at a concious level. If this resonates with you, this workshop is for you!
