This course defines the IRS Appeals options for IRC 6672 cases and how to request either a small case request or provide formal written protest to go to Appeals. We review the procedure for a refund claim to TFRP cases post-assessment and discuss the case analysis process of Appeals and how that is used to reach determinations.
