About our panellists:
Ian Dunt is a British journalist, author and broadcaster. He is a columnist for the i newspaper, host of the Origin Story podcast with Dorian Lynskey, and author of the Sunday Times bestseller How Westminster Works and Why It Doesn't. He is a regular pundit on radio and television.
Yascha Mounk is a German-American political scientist and author. He is Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C. In July 2020, he founded Persuasion, an online magazine devoted to defending the values of free societies.
Rashmee Roshan Lall is an Anglo-American Indian journalist whose work has been published in The Times of India, The Independent, The Guardian, and The Economist, among others. Rashmee formerly presented The World Today, BBC World Service’s flagship news and current affairs programme. She was The Times of India’s Foreign Editor in London, Editor of The Sunday Times of India and Deputy Global News Editor of Quartz, the New York business outlet. She is a lecturer in journalism at Goldsmiths, University of London.
