Each course is paired with five wines from Beivuma Imports, chosen to bring out the best in every flavor.
The dinner will feature truffle expert Giacomo Marinello, whose family partners with the San Pietro a Pettine estate. He’ll share stories about his family’s craft, the tradition of truffle foraging, and the connection between the land and the ingredients on your plate.
