? Get ready for a culinary journey like no other: the first-ever True Italian Pasta Street Festival is coming to Berlin! ??On Saturday, September 14th, and Sunday, September 15th, Ost Hafen Berlin will host the best Italian celebration of one of the world’s most beloved foods: PASTA ?
From classic recipes like Roman tonnarelli alla Carbonara and Apulian orecchiette with turnip tops to lesser-known regional gems like Umbrian gnocchi with truffle and gorgonzola, and Sardinian culurgiones (ravioli stuffed with potatoes and mint) with zucchini, saffron cream, and shrimp... ? each stand will represent and promote an Italian region, from South to North, showcasing the incredible diversity and richness of Italian cuisine??
This event promises a truly unique gastronomic adventure ?? To encourage visitors to try different recipes, each stand will offer a "tasting" portion of pasta (minimum 50g) for €6, or, for the hungriest, go for a full portion (100g) for €10 ? Of course, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options will also be available ?
But that's not all! Enjoy a rich entertainment program, including free live showcooking sessions and live music to enhance your experience. ? You can also learn the secrets of handmade pasta by signing up for our daily workshops, available for just €20 for a 1.5-hour class.???
