Get ready to take an unprecedented culinary journey: the first edition of the True Italian Pasta Street Festival is coming to Berlin!
On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September, Ost Hafen Berlin will host the first street food event dedicated to one of the world's most popular foods: PASTA.
From Apulian orecchiette with turnip tops to Sardinian culurgiones "al sugo", from Umbrian gnocchi with truffle and gorgonzola to the most classic Roman recipes such as carbonara and amatriciana, each stand will represent and promote an Italian region, from South to North , to let you discover incredible varieties of pasta and sauces that celebrate the diversity and richness of Italian cuisine.
In fact, this event will offer you a unique culinary experience, with the choice to try a tasting portion (50gr) of each recipe for a fixed price of 6€ and a full portion (100gr) for 10€. We are waiting for you to try all the variations of this well-known but still unexplored ingredient!
The event will also feature a rich entertainment programme, with free Showcooking open to all, to learn even more about all the secrets of handmade pasta. Pasta lovers, get ready for an unprecedented gastronomic experience! See you at the True Italian Pasta Street Festival!

Auf zu einer kulinarischen Reise durch Italien: Das erste True Italian Pasta Street Festival kommt nach Berlin!
Am Samstag, den 14. und Sonntag, den 15. September findet im Osthafen Berlin zum ersten Mal ein Streetfood-Event statt, das ganz im Zeichen eines der beliebtesten Lebensmittel der Welt steht: PASTA.
Von den apulischen Orecchiette mit Rübengrün bis zu den sardischen Culurgiones "al sugo", von den umbrischen Gnocchi mit Trüffel und Gorgonzola bis zu den klassischen römischen Rezepten wie Carbonara und Amatriciana: Jeder Stand wird eine italienische Region von Süd bis Nord repräsentieren, um unglaubliche Pastavariationen und Rezepte zu entdecken, die die Vielfalt und den Reichtum der italienischen Küche feiern.
Die Veranstaltung bietet ein einzigartiges kulinarisches Erlebnis mit der Möglichkeit, von jedem Rezept eine Probierportion (50gr) zum Festpreis von 6 € und eine ganze Portion (100 gr) zum Festpreis von 10 € zu kosten.
