WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We are workshopping an original play called “True Friends”. Do you want to join us? It is about two people who become friends and follow their dreams of getting into the theatre. It is written by Aaron Lee and some of the scenes are based on his experiences - for example when the Peter’s Ice Cream delivery truck gave him a big fright at school and when he went to Adelaide for a family wedding.
Inclusive theatre director, Avril Duck, will be leading the workshop for actors of all abilities, to bring to life scenes from the play. There are many roles! You can try on a small part or a big part or multiple parts! You can join the inclusive cast for the full production in the future, or simply enjoy giving your inner actor a chance to shine!
