True Crime Yoga comes to the salt cave! Join us at Oasis Salt Cave for a brief, gentle stretch in our chairs, followed by a true crime tale (or tales) for the remainder of our salt cave visit. We will not be practicing in the zen garden this time. Intensity Level: Gentle

Sensory Notes: Salt caves can have a drying effect on the skin and body. Be sure to hydrate extra.
What else to bring: Please dress for comfort and gentle stretching. You won’t need your mat for this class.
Parking: Parking is available in the Oasis parking lot, and is free.
A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. :)
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
