NEW DATE: Now scheduled for April 12, 2026. Join Friends of the Kayaderosseras for our annual trout stocking event at Axe Factory Preserve in Ballston Spa. This beloved spring tradition is our most popular event of the year, and community members of all ages gather at two locations to help release brook trout into the Kayaderosseras Creek.
The event will be held on Sunday, April 12, and offers a joyful way to welcome spring, connect with neighbors, and support local ecology.
